East Rand Mercedes - No response. i am stranded with my E280.
I phoned the after care service 3 times since 9/09/12.My car has got a flat wheel.
Cannot get the wheel off. Even with force. Stranded. Cannot get to work.
Customer complaints put me onto the after hour technician from east Rand Merc. He promised to come to assist. It is now 9h40 on 10/09/2012 and nobody responded. This is the second time the same dealer and customer care have left me stranded.
I will never buy a Mercedes again.
I will always tell everybody how bad they are.I am lost without a BMW motorcar.
